She was apparently the widow of Thomas Greenwood who died at Newton on 1 Sep 1693, aged 50 yrs (VITAL RECORDS OF NEWTON, 454). The estate of Thomas Greenwood of Newton was granted to the widow, Abigail, 9 Oct 1693(Middlesex Co. Probate Files, 1st series, #9901 [FHL #397079]). Abigail may be a dau of John Spring of Newton.
