MAR: No mar rec found. She is called Sarah "Estwick" in a deed from Ellis Barron to the heirs of Ellis Barron, Sr, 30 Apr 1684 (Middlesex Co. Deeds, 9:2 [FHL #554003]). The name Estwick and variants is not found in Watertown, but Pheasant and Sarah Eastwick had children born in Boston in 1671 and 1674 (BOSTON BIRTHS, BAPTISMS, MARRIAGES, AND DEATHS, 1630-1699, 9th Report Boston Record Commissioners [Boston, 1883; repr Baltimore,1994], 118,132 [FHL #974.461 V2a]).
DEATH: No death rec found. Pheasant and Sarah Eastwick of Newcastle, NH sold land in Boston to Francis Foxcroft, 4 Mar 1699/1700 (Suffolk Co. Deeds, 19:360-62 [FHL #493938]).
