- MAR #1: A wife Cicely is identified in the will of Robert Plumbe of Great Yeldham, 19 Jan 1552/3, proved 11 June 1553, Commissary Court of London, orig wills, Box 28, #142 (FHL #094381).
MAR #2: No mar rec found. The will of Cicely Bladwyn, below, names her Plumbe children, identical to those named in the will of Robert Plumbe in his will, above. The will of Robert Bladwine of Castle Hedingham, 18 Mar1574/5, proved 2 May 1582, shows that he had a wife Cicely (Archdeaconry Court of Middlesex [Essex & Herts Div], reg wills, 3:326 [FHL #094730]). Robert Bladwyn was buried in Great Yeldham.

NOTE: Cicely's will also identifies daughters Agnes Purcas and Alice Esterford, which are not mentioned in the will of her husband, Robert Plumbe, in 1552. These may Cicely's daughters by an earlier or later marriage. They are not mentioned in the will of Robert Bladwyn, to whom Cicely was later married. Alice "Easterford," however, is identified as a sister in the will of Robert and Cicely's son, Robert Plumbe of Great Yeldham, 9 Jan 1611/12, proved 22 Jun 1613, P.C.C., 64 Capell (FHL #092053).
