She is also named executor in the will of her mother, Isott Burt of Harberton, 14 Mar 1629/30, proved 9 Jul 1630, Archdeaconry Court of Totnes, published verbatim in Terry, "Genealogical Research," 86:81. Wills of this court were destroyed in 1942. Date and place of birth are approximations. Agnes was under 20 in 1617.
