Also see deed from Daniel and Sarah Hoyt of Amesbury to Roger Stevens and Thomas Nicholas, 7 Feb 1713, in which they sold land in the original right of Thomas Rowell, late of Amesbury, deceased (Ibid, 27:53-54 [FHL #866025]).
