MAR #2: Ibid. Wife is called Dorothy Nicholas in mar rec; however she was clearly a widow with children, as shown by Benjamin Sargent's will, below. She was apparently the Dorothy Hunt who married Humphrey Nichols at Amesbury, 10 Jul 1746 (Ibid, 434). Humphrey Nicholas of Amesbury was dead by 20 Nov 1758 when his widow Dorothy administered his estate (Essex Co. Probate, [o.s.] 336:317 [FHL #875024]).
