- BIRTH: Sir Henry Chauncey, HISTORICAL ANTIQUITIES OF HERTFORDSHIRE (London, 1700), 62 (FHL #Q942.58 V22c). Chauncey's pedigree was compiled during the life of Justinian Sherburne, a great-grandson of Hugh Sherburne. It is presumably through him that Chauncey received his infomation.
