Although this rec suggests that Joseph's children were born in Sandwich, it is unlikely, as Joseph was in Duxbury from at least 1633 to 1646 (Shurtleff, RECORDS OF THE COLONY OF NEW PLYMOUTH, 1:31, 39, 141; 12:136).
MAR: "Eastham, Mass. Vital Records," MAYFLOWER DESCENDANT, 6(1904):15 (FHL #974.4 D25md). The mar is also found in Shurtleff, RECORDS OF THE COLONY OF NEW PLYMOUTH, 8:28.
DEATH: No death rec found. Elizabeth was living on the date of her father's will, 2 Jan 1677/8, above, but she was dead when her husband was charged with "fornication with his wifes sister after his wifes death" (Shurtleff, RECORDS OF NEW PLYMOUTH, 6:20). The Higgins family lived in Eastham, where she probably died.

    Notes:

Since the chr of Thomas is not found in the par reg of Watford, which begins in 1565, it is believed that he was born shortly before that date. He was under 21 when his father wrote his will on 13 Aug 1585. Hence, Thomas was born after 13 Aug 1564. The first christening at Watford is in Aug 1565. He was probably born between the two dates.
