MAR #1: No mar rec found. She is called Elizabeth "Gull" in the will of her father, below. The estate records of William Gull of Hatfield include a release of debt from Nathaniel Foote to his "father" William Gull, 19 Jan 1686. See the will of William Gull, 12 Apr 1701, proved 18 Dec 1701, with agreements of heirs and other documents, Hampshire Co. Probate, 3:83, 85 (FHL #879184). Nathaniel Foote is the son of Nathaniel Foote and his wife Elizabeth, born at Wethersfield, Conn., 10 Jan 1647. Hence, it is believed that Elizabeth married (1) Nathaniel Foote and (2) William Gull. For birth of Nathaniel Foote, see "Wethersfield Births, Marriages, Deaths, 1634-1868," Barbour Collection (typescript, 1927; Conn. State Library, Hartford), 107 (FHL #002982).
MAR #2: No mar rec found. She is called Elizabeth "Gull" in the will of her father, Samuel Smith of Hadley, 23 Jun 1680, proved 29 Mar 1681, Hampshire Co. Probate, 1:213-14 (FHL #879184). The will of William Gull of Hatfield, above, mentions a wife Elizabeth.
DEATH: No death rec found. Elizabeth was living on 12 Apr 1701 when William Gull made his will, above.

Elizabeth married Gull, William about 1656. William (son of Gull, John) was christened on 25 Feb 1620/1621 in Billingborough,Lincs,Eng; died in (wp) 18 Dec 1701 in Hatfield,Hampshire,MA. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]

Samuel had children baptized in the Suffolk parishes of Whatfield and Hadleigh but was not himself baptized in either.
