DEATH: No death/bur rec found. See the will of Elizabeth Jennings of Hatfield Broad Oak, Essex, widow of Thomas Jennings, 26 Jun 1658, proved 28 Mar 1660, P.C.C., 10 Nabbs (FHL #092263). Among other Foote relatives, the will mentions her sister-in-law, Elizabeth Foote, widow of her brother Joshua Foote, deceased.

Date of birth is an approximation. Robert was very likely born in Royston, where his father died in 1558, and where his brother John stated that he was born in his own will.

Richard Warren alias Waller is identified in the will of his father, Richard Warren alias Waller of Bassingbourn, 28 Mar 1557, proved 2 May 1557, Archdeaconry Court of Ely, reg wills, 2:148-49 (FHL #186634). Hence, Helen, wife of John Foote, is the dau of Richard Warrren alias Waller.
