See the nuncupative will of Benjamin Couch of Boscowen, 24 Apr 1816, proved 4 Jun 1816, Hillsborough Co. Probate, 26:114-15 (FHL #016082), adm 4 Jun 1816 (Ibid, 19:469 [FHL #016079]), inv 9 Aug 1816 (Ibid, 25:520 [FHL #016082). The more likely death date of "26" Apr 1816 is found on his gravestone inscription, below.
