John is also identified as a son of Thomas Field in Nathaniel Field, SOME SHORT MEMORIALS CONCERNING THE LIFE OF THAT REVEREND DIVINE DOCTOR RICHARD FIELD (London, 1716/7), 60 (FHL #000575).
